Karthik Puthur - Director

Mr. Karthik Puthur MS, completed his Mechanical Engineering degree at Madras University, after which he did his Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at University of Florida, USA. He has 10 years of work experience in US with various consulting firms working in the Pharmaceutical and Utilities domain. He is now the Director at KonKraft responsible for Business Development and overlooks all the construction and sales activities. He is a strong visionary willing to take up challenges and tread against conventional business strategies and construction techniques. Quality construction with the best materials and commitment to time are the most critical factors for Karthik Puthur.

Suseel Samuel - General Manager

Mr. S. Suseel Samuel M. Tech, MBA., completed his Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree at SRM Valliammai Engg College and M. Tech in SRM Engineering College and also completed his general MBA at Annamalai University. He has worked as marketing executive in GET Waters Solutions Pvt Ltd. He has also worked as software engineer at an open source software company named GPLPedia functioning at Bridgeport, US from India. He is now in KonKraft as general manager for constructions and deals with sales on India's top high quality multilayer composite pipes - "Jindal Composite Pipes". He takes in charge of spreading the concept of BUILD YOUR HOME FOR YOUR WELLNESS - "Green Building Concept" as free service to public and his ethical functionality is to spread the knowledge of the usage of PEX Pipes which is superior to PVC pipes to eradicate cancer caused by usage of PVC pipes.
